Lauren Hobday, RDN, CDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist on Viome's Precision Nutrition Science team, licensed in Washington and Colorado, where she helps ensure personalized food and supplement recommendations meet the standards of evidence-based dietetics.
She earned her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Seattle Pacific University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her clinical background spans gastrointestinal health, sports nutrition, preventive care, and medical nutrition therapy supporting recovery from eating disorders — delivered at Side By Side Nutrition and THIRA Health.
Her approach is grounded in inclusivity and trauma-informed care: meeting people where they are, which is also the only place a habit can start.
