Common questions

How is the Habit Score calculated?
You rate 12 statements across four domains — food, movement, sleep, and consistency — on a five-point scale. Each domain is scored out of 100 and your overall score is the average. The statements are inspired by the Self-Report Habit Index used in habit-formation research, which measures how automatic a behavior has become.
What is a good Habit Score?
Most people who haven't deliberately designed their routines land in the 40–60 range. Above 80 means your habits are largely automatic and resilient to disruption. But the most useful number isn't the overall score — it's your lowest domain, because that's where a small change produces the largest gain.
Is this a medical or diagnostic test?
No. The Habit Score is a self-reflection tool for general wellness. It doesn't diagnose anything, and it isn't a substitute for advice from a healthcare provider.
